NOAA has released its forecast for March 2014 for the United States of America. ย The West in general, is looking warm, as it has been so far this March. ย Idaho, Eastern Washington, Wyoming, Utah, and Montana are being targeted for above average precipitation.

The above graphic is showing above average precipitation for: Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. ย Jackson Hole is already having an unreal season with 422″ of snow this season and they average 450″. ย Jackson is definitely going to end up with an above average snowfall season.
