Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows ski resort in Lake Tahoe, CA just announced that they’ll be staying open until Memorial Day (May 28th, 2018) due to the 19-feet of snow they just got in March!

• Alpine Meadows saw 220″ (18-feet) so far this month beating out their March snowfall record of 202″ in March 2017.
• Alpine Meadows also saw 42″ (3.5-feet) of snow in 24 hours this month which ties their all time record when they saw 42″ of snow in 24 hours last year in January 2017.
