FWT14 – Lars Chickering-Ayers – Snowbird, UT by FreerideWorldTourTV
Here’s the 1st place run at the Freeride World Tour at Snowbird, UT yesterday. Â They had to move to Snowbird because of the lack of snow at Kirkwood. Â Then, they had to move the venue from North Baldy to Silver Fox due to an 8-foot deep avalanche (biggest inbounds at Snowbird in 20 years).
Silver Fox isn’t a big nor very exciting venue, but they had no choice. Â This winning run only has two airs in it and is mellow by FWT standards, but it is certainly skied well and skied smooth. Â Congrats Lars!
