Can there be too much of a good thing? We hope not, because Palisades Tahoe just had another snowy morning with 6 inches of new snow in the past 24 hours (as of 6 a.m.). This takes the snow total to 597 inches at Palisades Tahoe summit. With more snow on the way, the season snowfall total will reach 600 inches by the end of today.

Unfortunately, the high winds and low visibility mean that all lifts on the Palisades side are closed for today, Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Alpine remains open with Roundhouse, Treeline Cirque (to mid-station), Meadow, Subway, and the carpets.

Even though spring might seem a long way off with all this snow, Palisades Tahoe’s Spring Tickets Trio is here. Spring Tickets Trio gives you three days of skiing and — best of all — allows you to share the fund with your friends, as tickets are shareable. The Spring Tickets Trio is $429, which means you ski for only $143 a day. Tickets are valid any day of the week through the end of the 22/23 season but have to be purchased online.
