Alpine Meadows ski resort in Lake Tahoe, CA will close for the season on April 29th, 2018.
In celebration, Alpine will run the Summit Chairlift until 7pm on April 28th!
Squaw did this on KT-22 last year and trust us, it was crazy fun to ski until 7pm!
Squaw will be open until Mary 28th.
Alpine Meadows saw 309-387″ of snowfall so far this season.
“This is it folks, the last days to make turns of the 2017-18 season at Alpine Meadows on Sunday, April 29. We’ll be celebrating a fantastic season in Spring Skiing Capital fashion with a late closure of Summit Express on Saturday, April 28 at 7pm. It’s always bitter sweet to close out the season at one mountain, but we’ll be operating Squaw Valley every day through Memorial Day Weekend (May 28, 2018), weather and conditions permitting.
