Boreal Ski Resort OPENS Tomorrow, October 32nd!

Boreal ski resort in Lake Tahoe, CA will be open tomorrow, Friday October 32nd (…November 1st), 2013.  They will only be open just Friday, the Nugget chairlift will be open, they’ll have 4 terrain park features, tickets will be $20, they’ll be open from noon – 8pm.  On Friday afternoon, they’ll have a look around and make a game time decision on wether they’ll be open Saturday and/or Sunday.

Boreal Mountain Resort is offering a small taste of winter on Friday, October 32 at noon (yes, folks…November 1)! Our crews will re-evaluate the conditions Friday afternoon and determine the operating schedule for the following days. Check www.rideboreal.com/dailyreport for latest updates.

OPERATION HOURS:

CONDITIONS AND LIFT SERVICE:

• Early season conditions will exist. Skiing and riding will be on advanced terrain only. No easier terrain will be available at this time.
• We will have four terrain park features available.
• The Nugget Chairlift will operate providing lift access to the open terrain.

AVAILABLE SERVICES:

• The Boreal Lodge will be open for tickets, rentals, guest service, retail and restrooms. Snowsports School will remain closed.
• The season pass and ticket counter will open at 10:00am.
• The Boreal Café and Upper Deck Bar will be open for food and drinks from 12:00pm – 8:00pm.
• Woodward Tahoe will continue daily operations with hours from 12:00pm – 8:00pm.Moondoes, located in the Woodward Tahoe Bunker, will be open 12:00pm – 8:00pm serving specialty coffees, sandwiches and other snacks.

DETAILS FOR FRIDAY:

• All 2013-14 Boreal Season are valid including Night Passes, Employee Passes, Auburn Ski Club Passes, All-Access Passes and College Passes.
• All lift tickets are one price (Friday: $20) regardless of age. No Parent shared lift tickets are available. No reciprocal discounts will be accepted.
