Yep, spiders eat snakes.  Where else but Australia.  It’s a fact that every native animal in Australia is either poisonous or simply badass (not actually a fact).

Ant Hadleigh saw a giant spider eating a snake in his backyard in Freshwater, Australia.  He grabbed a camera and got footage of the attack.

“A few times the snake managed to get up and attack the spider, and the spider would run back up the web.”

“You could see the spider just chewing into it and the part which the spider was eating had gone all black and the insides were bubbling”

“I would have put my money on the snake for sure, especially seeing how big it was.” – Ant Hadleigh

Another spider eating another snake.  These spiders are big, huh

We aren’t even gonna try to teach you anything tonight.  Just the quick take away of:  Spiders eat snakes in Oz.  It’s a good example of how you should never thing you’ve got this old world figured out.
