Brett Rheeder Absolutely Throws Down to Win Les Gets Crankworx

This man had a torn meniscus about 6 months back, and now he’s doing this?  Canadian born Brett Rheeder is a different kind of athlete.  He nails this winning run at Crankworx Les Gets with an opposite cork 720, backflip barspin to opposite tail whip, and a floating front flip, among other technical tricks. And if this is how Brett is warming up for the beginning of the season, we can only imagine what’s to come.

If you want to see a little more of Rheeder ripping, watch Shimano’s “This is Home” feature on him.  The video takes you into the flats of Ontario, where he sharpened his skills and defied the odds to become professional mountain biker.  Like he says, “What I’ve learned is that you can over-analyze and complicate things all you want. But in the end, riding your bike is fun, no matter where you are.”
