Catedral Alta Patagonia in Argentina will kick off its winter 2022 season tomorrow, June 17th.
The resort opened for a surprise weekend in April, the first time ever, following five feet of snow, but then closed again.
According to a Facebook post, the following lifts/areas will be open: Amancay Cable Car, TS Horseshoe, TS Forest, and the Play Park.
More terrain and lifts will be added as snowmaking progresses and/or mother nature helps out.
For pedestrians, El Tour Naturaleza (Aancay telecab) will be open to enjoy the snow in a different way with unmissable views of Patagonia.
Having not been to South America for two years, SnowBrains canโt wait to return to our summer home for our twelfth ski season in Bariloche, Argentina.
