In close second to Snowmass is Deer Valley, UT. “We are thrilled by our recognition in the 2023 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. Securing 2nd place in the Best Ski Resort category is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. It’s a source of great pride for all of us at Deer Valley to see our dedication rewarded in this way,” said Susie English, Vice President of Marketing at Deer Valley Resort.

Smugglers’ Notch, VT, was only a fraction behind Deer Valley in third place. “We are honored to take home a Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Award this year,” the Vermont resort shared on Twitter/X. “We were voted a top 3 ski resort in the U.S. and the # 1 ski resort in the east. Thank you to everyone who voted!
