Most (or all) of what I’ve seen with a big discount from them is used. If it’s USED it doesn’t have retail value to mark down from. I call BS on their advertising and their claimed discounts on ads and on their site.

well, they do use the discount scale of new for their used stuff, which is a good percentage of items with 60% or more off.
