The younger ranks of freeskiers are looking outrageously strong and fearless. There are rumors some of them have robot knees to help stomp landings. Here is Fabian Lentsch’s winning run from the Obergurgl FWQ event. Huge airs, stomped landings, and fast skiing. This is rowdy! Compared to runs from the FWT, this run still looks impressive; Fabian’s composure and control are very impressive.
When Fabian Lentsch is not competing slaying big mountain competitions he is an accomplished ski mountaineer. At 20 he has summitted and skied two peaks over 7,000m high and countless others of lesser height.
