Currently for sale for $3.75 million is Meadowlark Ski Area in Wyoming which is located in the Big Horn Mountains just off Highway 16 between Buffalo and Tensleep.

The resort boasts a respectable 735-foot vertical rise with majestic views of the lake and the Big Horn Mountains. The resort averages 300 inches of snowfall a year across its 320 acres and 14 trails.

Two lifts offer terrain for both beginner and expert skiers, and it has been nicknamed the “Little Jackson Hole” of the Big Horns for its challenging chutes and access to backcountry terrain. The base elevation sits at 8,465 feet helping it offer some of the best ski conditions in the region. Typically, the resort can operate from December to April and some years even later and has a very loyal customer base.

The resort was built in 1950 and is currently on the popular Indy Pass. The Meadowlark Lodge, with over 25,000 square feet of space, provides food and beverages while the downstairs offers all the rentals and ski gear needed to support any level of skier. The parking lot capacity is 100.

It is offered as a turnkey operation that includes two snowcats, rental ski equipment, gift shop inventory, restaurant furniture, and equipment. All assets needed for successful operations are included in the offering. A complete inventory is available to potential buyers. Along with skiing, snowmobiling, show-shoeing, and cross-country skiing, the lodge is the perfect venue for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
