Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY (JHMR) is pleased to announce that it will open five lifts on opening day, Friday, November 25th, kicking off a great start to the winter season. This fall, JHMR has seen the perfect combination of early-season snowfall, consistently cold temperatures, and continuous snowmaking efforts, which have created great coverage across the Resort.

JMHR will open a wide variety of terrain, all located on the north side of the Resort, connected by five lifts: Teewinot, Aprรจs Vous, Sweetwater, Casper, and Teton. With these five lifts, guests can access a collection of beginner and intermediate terrain. Early-season conditions still exist, and all guests are advised to stay out of closed areas and look for hazards.

JMHR has reported 82 inches of snow have fallen at the time of this writing, and the Resort is hopeful to announce additional terrain openings for the weekend of December 3-4th.

โ€œWeโ€™re excited to open up for skiers and riders on November 25th after a tremendous past few weeks of snowfall and cold temperatures. This is some of the best early-season snow weโ€™ve seen in the last decade. Itโ€™s been the perfect combination of snow and snow-making since late October, which leads to great coverage on our world-class terrain.โ€

The JHMR Aerial Tram will run for sightseeing and waffle service at Corbetโ€™s Cabin from 10 am to 2 pm Saturday, November 26th, and Sunday, November 27th. No ski equipment is allowed.

JMHR also announced that RPK3, the Resortโ€™s popular slopeside kitchen and bar under the Aerial Tram, will open this Friday and has expanded its hours from 11 am to 7 pm to accommodate guests with their aprรจs-ski small bites, specialty drinks, and more.

JHMR will once again limit the sale of day tickets and manage capacity for a third consecutive year in 2022-23, significantly improving guestsโ€™ experiences on the mountain and throughout the Resort. JHMR emphasizes that ticket sales will be limited each day, will be available for advanced purchase, and may sell out. Due to demand, JHMR encourages all potential guests to purchase day tickets in advance and make reservations as required for its multi-resort pass products.

Ikon Pass and Mountain Collective passholders are required to make reservations for lift access. JHMR recommends making reservations well in advance. Guests who purchased a JHMR Winter 2022-23 Season Pass can ski or ride on any day indicated by their pass type.
