One of our favorite resorts, June Mountain, CA just announced they will be opening for the season on Saturday, a week earlier than originally scheduled. Conditions should be pretty sweet, with a decent base and 39″ of snow already.
“With a sound base in place, we’re going to open on Saturday, December 15 here at June Mountain.”
You definitely won’t want to miss the 18/19 season opener, lift tickets will be on sale for just $79. And a quick reminder that today, 13th December, is the last day to buy a season pass at the current price ($499). Prices increase by $100 tomorrow. Act now!

Chair one will open to the public at 8 am on Saturday followed by the banner breakthrough on J2 at 8:30 am followed by a toast to the season at 11 am.
With more snow in the forecast, it’s looking like a great start to the season for June Mountain.
