Stay’nThirsty,
Coop (Kirkwood)
Heavenly closed for the day at 10 am before rain had ended. Did you see any photos of flooding at their enormous resort? Despite the flooding, Kirkwood opened Chair 5 at noon and provided skiing for the guests who chose to brave the wet weather. Ended up being a pretty fine day. Het snowbrains, fake news sucks.
Hey Kevin, Thanks for the notes. Super cool that Kirkwood opened! We never say that they closed for the day. We said that they closed for the morning and we have Coop’s update right in the post that says they hope to open and that Heavenly will be closed.
Thanks again,
miles
Kirkwood did open chair 5 today. Some ugly pictures of deep muddy water at base of chair 1 have been posted.
