It’s been a month now since the ski season in North America was brought to an early and abrupt end. We resent the virus that has cost us four weeks of spring fun. However, this weekend and the last marked the OFFICIAL end of the season for many of the country’s major resorts, such as Jackson Hole, WY and Aspen, CO and the coming weekend would see even more closing. Ski season is coming to its natural end, we can no longer blame our invisible enemy for why the lifts aren’t turning.

The vast majority of ski resorts in North America would have closed for the season yesterday April 12th, 2020.

Last week (5th April) would have seen Telluride and Wolf Creek in Colorado close, and Sundance and Eagle Point in Utah.  April 12th would have seen Aspen Highlands, Beaver Creek, Crested Butte, Monarch, Keystone, Steamboat in Colorado all have had their closing parties and spring splash events. In Utah, Park City and Deer Valley would have stopped their lifts turning. April 12th would also have seen Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee in Wyoming both celebrate the end of another awesome season.
