Mammoth Mountain, CA, Extends Season Until Sunday August 6, 2023

Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, CA, announced today that it will be extending its season. Thanks to a historic and record-breaking season, the ski area will be open every day until August 6, 2023, which has only previously happened twice in their 69-year history. The other two seasons the resort stayed open into August were 1995 and 2017.

Mammoth Mountain had a record season with almost 900 inches of snowfall. Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is the leading four-season mountain resort in California. With 1.3 million annual skier visits, Mammoth Mountain is currently the third most frequented ski resort in the United States. Mammoth is also an official USSA training ground and boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure.
