The Mountain Collective is instituting a new โ€œNo Questions Askedโ€ Refund Policy for all current and future 2020-21 pass purchasers. Anyone who has purchased, or intends to purchase, a 2020-21 pass will have the option of receiving a full refund prior to October 16th, 2020.

โ€œLike our loyal customers, the Mountain Collective prides itself on being resilient and innovative. In recognition of the uncertainties caused by Covid-19, weโ€™ve relaxed the refund policy and reinforced our commitment to providing attainable access to the best destinations on the planet with the extension of spring pricing, a bonus third day, and the addition of another top tier destination in Canada.โ€

Additionally, a $50 renewal credit for 2019-20 pass holders will remain in place through early August.

  1. I bought a 2021-2022 Mountain Collective Pass and planned on making two trips out west. We always ski Big Sky the last week of January. I fell and injured my hip so I left early and planned on returning in March with my grandkids. I had knee replacement surgery March 15 so I was unable to return. Is there any way I can get a partial refund for what I didn’t get to use? It could be added to next year as we plan on skiing with the grandkids again next year.

  2. I tore my meniscus and need surgery which prevents me from skiing this coming winter. Just found out in the past 2 weeks on 12/10/21. Was told by the Mountain collective rep today that the deadline for the pass had gone by in 8/2021. Is there any way to get a refund with submitting medical documentation. I would like to use this pass for next year. I will not pay out for it in the future if there is no refund for not using this pass at all this year.

  3. I bought Mt. Collective pass for 20/21 that I did not use because of covid. pass #25616225. I called 1-877-328-2257 and talked a gentleman & asked for help to get a 21/22 pass. He hung up on me. I hope all your people are not that bad.

  4. I realize I have missed the deadline for a refund. Here is my order number: 14227015
Is it still possible to get a refund?
