NOAA: Colorado Statewide Snowpack at 97% of Average

NOAA is reporting that the Colorado statewide snowpack is at 97% of average to date.  That’s great.

Below is a a group of charts showing 6 regional snowfall totals in CO that are all above average.  The Winter Park region is dominating with a 189″ snowfall total.

TOP 5 COLORADO SKI RESORT SNOWFALL TOTALS:

  • Wolf Creek = 390″
  • Steamboat = 366″
  • Breckenridge = 320″
  • Vail = 319″
  • Winter Park = 317″

The Western USA’s snowpack is looking good in general this year.  A strong April could really help things.  Fingers crossed.
