Good morning, powder chasers! Overnight, the slopes saw an additional 3 inches of fresh snow, bringing the storm total to 25-31 inches at Snow Valley and 23-27 inches at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain since it started yesterday morning.
Today, weโre in for more snow showers, with a high near 30. The southwest wind will be gusting up to 30 mph, so youโll feel that chill in the air. Thereโs a 90% chance of snow today, with a potential 2 to 4 inches accumulating on the slopes. Tonight, the snow showers will wrap up before 11PM, and weโll get a taste of clearer skies with a low of around 19. Winds will calm down overnight, gusting up to 40 mph before easing off. Thereโs still a 50% chance of snow, with just a bit of accumulation โ less than an inch.
Tomorrow is shaping up to be a gorgeous bluebird day, with clear skies and sunshine to greet you as you head out for that perfect weekend session. Then on Sunday, the skies are looking even better โ a crisp, clear day perfect for skiing or riding. The weather is lining up just right for a weekend full of fresh powder and unbeatable views.
