Happy New Year from Crested Butte, CO! The resort welcomed 2023 with plenty of fresh powder, over three feet in less than a week.
The storm took the resort passed 100″ for the season. They currently have 101″ and a 39″ base.
The resort was also thrilled to bring back its annual fireworks and torchlight parade on New Year’s Eve. Guests enjoyed a tutu giveaway and live music on the Butte 66 deck, then watched Crested Butte’s finest ski and snowboard instructors wind their way down the mountain bearing torches. A spectacular fireworks show followed.
