Pillow lines for days here at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Just another morning in paradise!

The snow gods were kind enough to provide us with a copious amount of face shots. Having received more than 25cm of fresh snow over the last 24 hours, the conditions were ridiculously deep and powdery.

Iannick and I chained one lap after another from the Ripper Chair. We hit massive mushrooms in Top 40 Glades, log rails in Back 40 Glades and ate a lot of snow in Powder Monkey Glades.

With temperatures hovering just below 0C, it was definitely a little heavy. While some may shy away from our mildly wet “gnar”, the true connoisseurs recognize that Revelstoke is known as the pillow capital of the world for that very reason.

Wet snow sticks to our convoluted landscape like glue.

Wet snow also sticks to our beautiful faces, unfortunately hiding our prized google tans. Who am I kidding? Our faces don’t see much sunshine these days…

The skies are too busy puking snow!
