Olympic snowboarder Shaun White, 32 is selling his stunning Malibu, CA compound for $27.25 million. The compound includes two properties: The three-bedroom, four-bathroom ranch home, which White bought in 2013 for $8.94 million, is priced at $14.5 million. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home next door, which he picked up in 2016 for $10.75 million, is priced at $12.75 million.

The ranch home offers ocean views and private access to Westward Beach, according to Realtor.com.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The large foyer flows into a formal living room with a fireplace and walls of glass. The chef’s kitchen opens to a dining area, also with a fireplace. The main suite includes a luxe bath and walk-in closet, with a private patio and ocean vistas. The home also comes with two family rooms, one with a wet bar, and an office or bonus room.

In 2017, White listed his Hollywood Hills contemporary for $6.95 million, eventually selling it for $6.7 million. That same year, he listed his Manhattan penthouse for $2.8 million. That two-bedroom unit is reportedly back on the market for close to $3 million.

White, skateboarder, snowboarder, and entrepreneur, is a three-time Olympic gold medalist. He holds the record for the most X-Games gold medals and most Olympic gold medals won by a snowboarder.
