Snow all across the United States this fall is relatively surprising considering much of the area has experienced persistent above average temperatures and below average precipitation.
The extended forecast for the northern half of the country is calling for a strong start to winter. This area is expected to experience above average precipitation and below average temperatures. Sadly, the PNW and West Coast are expected to experience below average precipitation. Along with that, CA is also expected to experience above average temperatures.
