We’ve been reporting that Las Lenas, Argentina saw 80cms of new snow from the last storm (’cause that’s what Las Lenas has been reporting).  Our local friends in Las Lenas are telling us that they’ve actually seen 120cms (47″) of snow at the base and 150-180cms (60-71″) up top.

“70 cm from the second storm at the base according to Julio. Victor claimed 2 storm total at the base 120 cm, 150-180 cm upper mountain. I use the rock in front of the Escorpio as my snowtel. I takes at least 3 feet to completely cover it.  I’ve only seen it completely covered once. It disappeared during the night of the second dump.” – Las Lenas bro
