After receiving more than three feet of snow in the last seven days, Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, CA is prepared to significantly expand on its terrain offering.

The current storm dropped 11 inches of snow in the last 24 hours on the upper elevations and 18 inches in the last 48 hours. It’s still dumping now!
Today, Friday 30th November, Squaw Valley will open Red Dog, Squaw Creek, Shirley, Mountain Meadow, and Bailey’s Beach, and Roundhouse lift will open at Alpine Meadows.
In total, they will have 15 chairlifts running with access to significant amounts of beginner and intermediate terrain. Lift and terrain operations are conditions and weather permitting.
