There are no two ways about it: avalanche fences are fun to jump off. The only tricky part is finding these elusive metal bulwarks. Japan Avalanche Fence Powder Skiing

  Nothing says Japan like avalanche fences.  These ones aren’t quite filled in enough to jump off, but just skiing through them can be a fun, cool experience.  Looks good for the camera, too.  Why do avy fences have such allure?
