Today was sunny and bright and was likely than any single day we had here last season. Catedral Ski Resort in Bariloche, Argentina OPENS for the Season Today Catedral ski resort in Bariloche, Argentina got a solid snowstorm yesterday that was enough to open them up for the season today. They were hoping to be open on June 20th, but had to wait a bit longer for the snow to fill in enough to make things right. Another reason they felt confident about opening today was the forecast.
