Friday Fun: Hot Lava VS. Coke Can VIDEO:

coke and hot lava

Liquid hot magma (hot lava) can range in temperature from 700-1200 ยฐC (1,300-2,200 ยฐF). Hot lava can pretty much do anything it wants and no one has yet attempted to create โ€˜lava containment systemsโ€™ per se. At least, Coca Cola hasnโ€™t yet. Photographer Bryan Lowry decided to see what would happen when a Coke met lava in Hawaii. The first can has a hole in it to keep it from exploding. The second can is au natural. [โ€ฆ]
