The new joint venture of KSL Capital Partners and Henry Crown and Company, the Crown family own Aspen Skiing CO. KSL Capital Partners & Aspen Skiing To Acquire Intrawest For Nearly $1.5 Billion

According to Nasdaq, Aspen Skiing and KSL Capital Partners, owners of Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows, are expected to acquire Intrawest Resort Holdings for about $1.5 billion, including debt.
