Remembering World Record Skier Jamie Pierre | Feb. 22nd, 1973 – Nov. 13th, 2011

We lost Jamie Pierre in an avalanche at Snowbird ski resort in Utah exactly 2 years ago today. Jamie was a larger than life figure in the ski industry the blew minds with his consistent big airs all over the world. He set the world record cliff jump at 255 feet in Grand Targhee, Wyoming that still stands today. Matthew Jamison “Jamie” Pierre (February 22, 1973 – November 13, 2011) was a professional free skier.
