NOAA’s forecasts continue to display a strong tendency towards El Nino patterns despite El Nino chances of occurring sliming down each month. In NOAA’s latest El Nino update, they’re giving El Nino a 65% chance of occurring during the North American winter. October is a big month for us in the USA.
