With the National Weather Service forecasting that a winter storm, rain, and snow will blow through the Sierra Nevada Tuesday, Caltrans has scheduled temporary road closures for State Route 4 (SR-4)/Ebbetts Pass (Alpine County) and SR-108/Sonora Pass (Tuolumne County). Mt.
