2nd Double Climbing Fatality in Wyoming in One Week

Two men died in a climbing accident in Wyoming’s Wind River Range last Friday. This was the second double climbing fatality in Wyoming in a week after two women died while climbing Teewinot Mountain near Jackson last week. The two deceased climbers have been identified as Jonathan MacDonald, 23, from Lander, WY, an Keith Henderson, 57, of Cheyenne, WY. Grand Targhee | Conditions Report and Resort Rundown

With 5″ of new snow again last night it looks like Grand Targhee is still stacking up snow this season. A season total of 390″+ is as impressive as the incredible backside views of the Grand Teton that greeted us after a short traverse off the top of the Dreamcatcher high speed quad.
