Heli Skiing Silverton Colorado: Steepest and Deepest the lower 48 has to offer.

I had made plans to be in Alaska this March over my spring break to finally set free my inner soul and accomplish a lifelong dream of helicopter skiing that I developed at age 8 watching MSP videos. But due to record low snow in AK this year, in combination with personal plans falling through, I was not able to make it happen, I guess all things happen for a reason right?

Telluride Conditions Report: Big Base, Steep lines, and Blue Bird skies.

Telluride is quite the gem in the buffet of ski resorts that Colorado has to offer. I have skied all over the Centennial State and can truly say as far as resorts go Telluride is truly unique, special and offers something for everyone. Somewhat off the beaten path, being the closest airports are Montrose or Durango thus preserving the goods for those who happen to live there or are visiting when the skies bless the area with snow.
