North America certainly has steeps.  Finding steeps in a North American ski resort can be the tricky part.  A few resorts do have the right stuff and these are Freeskier Magazine‘s 5 steepest ski resorts

  1. Ummmm Whistler is by no means steep. 90% of that mtn is for cruisers, then you have the top part with some steeps. With that logic I’d put Alpental in Washington on the list, since it’s pretty much a smaller version of Jackson Hole.
