Timberline Lodge, OR, who opened for the season on Friday, November 11th, announced last night that they would be closed again until further notice, due to lack of snow.
The resort has seen 39″ of fresh snow this season and has a 27″ base.
Ski area operations are temporarily suspended. It was a great opening, but the conditions are not holding up and we need more snow. The forecast at the end of next week looks promising. Please stay tuned to our website and social media for the most current updates. We look forward to seeing everyone back as soon as possible. Hotel and retail outlets remain open and will operate on regular schedules.
