As the leaves start changing and the days grow shorter and shorter, it can only mean one thing: winter is coming. But not just yet… after the snowiest October in 17-years got us all stoked for winter, Mother Nature had other ideas. Lack of snow and warm temperatures have resulted in several Utah ski areas postponing their opening days.

Here are all the updated opening dates:

Alta: November 20, 2021 November 24, 2021

Beaver Mountain: TBD

Brian Head: November 19, 2021 TBD

Brighton: TBD

Cherry Peak: TBD

Deer Valley: December 4, 2021

Eagle Point: December 17, 2021

Nordic Valley: TBD

Park City: November 19, 2021 TBD

Powder Mountain: TBD

Snowbasin: November 24, 2021 TBD

Snowbird: December 1, 2021

Solitude: November 19, 2021 November 24, 2021

Sundance: December 10, 2021

Woodward Park City: TBD

  1. Ahhhh frick. Global warming is everywhere! Everyone panic! Let’s shut everything down. Lock downs round 2. Shut down all the oil pipelines. Oil prices don’t negatively impact average day American’s or contribute to inflation. Mandate everyone to drive EV’s immediately.

    Don’t pay attention to China though. They are just building coal fire power plants and ramping up coal production. In the mean time they are stealing our tech and preventing domestic US companies from market access and doing business there.

    NBD though. Anything you say negative against China is racist so I should probably just shut my mouth and take it like a dem.
