The Western US’s snowpack is still out of hand right now.

Lets talk about some places where the skiing is good in the US of A.

North Lake Tahoe’s snowpack is over 1,000% above average for today’s date and they just had a couple of powder days this week.

In fact, we know of people skiing powder in Utah, California, Washington, Utah, and Wyoming this past week.

SNOWPACK % OF AVERAGE FOR TODAYS DATE IN WESTERN US:

  • North Lake Tahoe, CA/NV = 1,043% 
  • Cottonwood Canyons, UT = 920%
  • Central Colorado Rockies = 700%
  • Central Idaho = 264%
  • Mt. Rainier, WA = 250%
  • Central Oregon = 163%
  • Mt. Baker, WA = 143%
  • Tetons, WY = 154%
  • Mt. Hood, OR – 139%
