This morning, Solitude Mountain Resort in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah, saw its first snowfall of the season.
At roughly 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4th September 2023, snow could be seen falling and accumulating from the resort’s Honeycomb Canyon webcam at approximately 10,035 feet.

The ski resort is targeting a winter opening day of 17th November 2023, conditions permitting. Last season, the resort was able to open early on 10th November due to strong early-season snowfall and ended the season with 816” of fresh snow.
