NOAA has issued a Winter Storm Warning for the mountains west of the Sierra Crest and the Sierra Crest today and tomorrow.  6-18″ of snowfall is expected with snow levels around 6,500-feet.  On Saturday, NOAA forecast 6,500-foot snow levels in Tahoe and it rained up to 8,500-feet…
