Report from October 3, 2023

Yesterday was our last day of the season here at Cerro Catedral in Bariloche, Argentina

October 2 was supposed to be our last day but Greggy’s dad, Sasha’s flight was delayed.

The videos here represent our last 4 days at the hill here.

It was nice to have a casual day at the hill.

Or at least it was until I saw that the Jibbin’ crew had built some stellar jumps in the canodon.

I joined them for a cheese-wedge hip season but went 0-2 on my 360º there.

I’m just not used to doing 270ºs and it showed.

Still fun tho and a great last day of the season at Catedral with Erica.

We went out to a fancy dinner to celebrate our last night and only spent $35 (800pesos to 1USD).

Today, we started our 2,000-mile road trip through Deep Patagonia from Bariloche to Ushuaia.

In Ushuaia, we’ll hop on a ship and cruise to Antarctica for another week of skiing before finally heading home on November 1.

We’ve been down here since July 24 and it’s been nothing but epic.

Thanks, Argentina!
