Comedian Jake Adams, who unexpectedly found himself in hot water over his successful mission to hit a golf ball in every state in thirty days, has issued a video apology on his Instagram channel.
Several law enforcement officers are investigating the videos of him hitting golf balls in national parks. Videos of him teeing off in Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore, and Grand Canyon national parks have since been removed.
Adams thought using biodegradable balls would keep him on the right side of the leave no trace laws. It’s understood he was still neglecting the laws put in place to protect wildlife in the natural habitat.
โDo not do what I did. Do not hit any golf balls in our national parks, biodegradable or not itโs still a foreign substance that goes in. Iโm just really sorry it was never my intention at all to mess with a National Parks.โ
– Jake Adams
