Coming off well over 130 inches of snowfall in February, 68 inches the first week of March, and more than 395 inches for the season, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR), Wyoming, is set for a memorable spring season this March and April. The resort has a full calendar of activities, including a music festival, après ski, great snow, and some incredible deals to help get you there.

Spring skiing at JHMR can offer sunny days and warmer temperatures with some of the best snow conditions all year. The lift lines also tend to be shorter, and the resort will continue to limit the amount of daily ticket sales to ensure more time on the slopes and the best guest experience.

The deals start with discounts on lift tickets with the resort’s expanded Golden Ticket program. Season pass holders from anywhere in the world receive 50% off lift tickets from March 18 through April 14. This includes Epic, Ikon, Mountain Collective pass holders, and pass holders at any resort in the country. Also offered as part of the program is 20% off lodging with stays of three nights or more with Jackson Hole Resort Lodging. Other deals include $100 off group lessons and 15% off rentals.

If you are flying into Jackson, the resort is offering up to $400 in airfare credit per person for up to four people. This means a group of four could save $1,600. To qualify, you must book your flights, lodging, and qualifying activity through Jackson Hole Reservations by March 31.

Flying into Jackson Hole (JAC) is its own experience as it is the only commercial airport in the U.S. located within a National Park (Grand Teton). It offers awe-inspiring views of the Teton Range and is only 20 miles from the resort. It is also the most accessible destination resort in the Rockies, with non-stop flights from 12 major U.S. cities.

If the world-class skiing and riding isn’t enough for you to come to JHMR, there is plenty to do while not on the slopes. This spring’s highlight event is the Rendezvous Music Festival, held April 5-6. This two-day event is set against the most iconic backdrops imaginable in the historic downtown Jackson Town Square as well as at the base of JHMR. This year’s lineup features platinum-selling indie rock heroes, The Head and The Heart headlining with Jamestown Revival on Friday, April 5 in Town Square, and Mt. Joy headlining alongside Luke Grimes and Niko Moon on Saturday, April 6, in Teton Village. General admission to the show is free but is on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee entry.

For an elevated experience that grants you exclusive perks, it is recommended to purchase VIP tickets to the show. Benefits include a dedicated VIP entrance, prime viewing areas, free locally catered food, an open bar with craft beer and cocktails, a heated lounge, and more depending on what ticket option you purchase.

In the lead-up to the Rendezvous Music Festival, Saturdays in March will be the “Road to Rendezvous” which will feature free live music starting at 3 p.m. under the Aerial Tram. Enjoy great bands in this unforgettable, sunny, slopeside location.  If that isn’t enough, the mountain also has a lively après ski scene rated the third best in North America by OnTheSnow.

All this is just scratching the surface of what there is to do in Jackson this spring. Wildlife viewing, national parks, and the historic western town of Jackson also exist. Don’t stumble around a dirty beach this spring, getting sunburned and impoverished in crowded nightclubs. Instead, rip powder, enjoy beautiful mountain views, and spend time with like-minded people who share your love of skiing and snowboarding. This season will be its longest ever for JHMR, thanks to a permit extension with the Bridger-Teton National Forest Service. Come be part of it by booking your trip now.
