Keystone Resort, CO intends to open for the season tomorrow, pending Government approval of their operating plan.
The state of Colorado issued official guidelines mid-October for ski resorts operating this season amid the Covid-19 pandemic, andย every ski resort is required to produce their own Covid-19 safety plan in conjunction with the local public health agency, which must be approved by the state before the ski season begins. Arapahoe Basin announced on 24th October that their plan had received government approval.
For the first time in almost 30-years, the Colorado Front Range did not have a ski resort open in October.
