Skiers and riders would be forgiven for wondering what season it was at Killington Resort, VT, over the weekend, as the dichotomy of shredding snow while the mercury hit 90ºF had many scratching their heads.
Superstar Express laps were back on the docket for the weekend as the resort continued the longest season in the east.
Killington is currently open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, spinning the Superstar Express Quad until 5:00 pm.
The ‘Beast of the East’ has now been operational for 187-days, has a 20″ base, and has seen 216″ of fresh snow this season.
The Bike Park is scheduled to open Saturday, May 28.
