Lindsey Vonn Arm Wrestles Her Way Through Media Tour

Lindsey Vonn has been out in force making the media rounds to promote her new book “Strong is the New Beautiful.”  This highly decorated alpine skier has a compelling message to share on fitness motivation and mental toughness. To date on her media blitz she has shared laughs with Stephen Colbert, revealed her preference for training with men on The Today Show and as seen in the video above, arm wrestled McLovin on The Dan Patrick Show.

Just back from Chile where she has been training with the U.S. men’s and Norwegian men’s ski teams, Vonn revealed her preference for skiing with men. The only female in this training group, Vonn is preparing for the upcoming World Cup circuit which begins in December and the World Cup Championships in February. Her focus is centered around vying for the Olympic gold yet again in 2018.

“I like training with guys because they push me to ski faster and be a better skier and that’s pretty fast.”
