If you are a Shiffrin super fan, have we got the find for you: the legendary skier is selling her Denver condo, which was listed last week for only $745,000.

Situated on the 34th floor of the Spire Condominium building, the Olympic skier’s apartment boasts views across the city skyline. The complex has all the facilities one would expect of a condominium: roof top pool, state-of-the-art gym, spa and concierge.

The gym is in fact the same gym Shiffrin was doing her rehab in after her knee injury during the 2015/16 season, but that is not the only memory the World Cup skier has from her time in the condo.

”This place gave me so many memories… rehabbing my knee in 2016 … the numerous times we almost lost Muffin in one of the elevators … beginning of spring first pool deck sun bathing … take out pizza shared with family around the kitchen island … I will miss it with all of my heart and I hope the next buer loves the place as much as we do.”

The apartment itself consists of two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The open plan kitchen invites your guests to sit around the kitchen island or chat with them while overlooking the Denver skyline from the living room through the floor to ceiling windows.

The interiors are minimalist but cozy, with the concrete ceiling giving some edge to the otherwise polished appearance.

Along with the condo, there are two deeded parking spots, one that conveys with the sale and a rare storage unit on the same floor.

The Shiffrin family bought the condominium when the Spire Condominium Building was first built. It has been the family’s hub from where Mikaela would venture out to the various World Cup races.

While it will surely be tough to leave for Mikaela, especially when many memories will be tied to her late father, the new lucky owner will own a unique piece of ski racing history.
