Monarch Mountain, Colorado, plans to implement changes to its uphill policy in order to improve safety for its guests and employees. The decision is intended to reduce accidents happening between people and heavy machinery on the mountain. Since the pandemic, the resort has seen a massive uptick in those skinning up the mountain.
